Payments
If paying by E-check, please allow time for check clearance. Products will be shipped after payments are received and funds are cleared.

Shipping
We only ship to addresses in the continental United States. Most orders will ship US Priority Mail. All BioSuperfood and BioPreparation orders will ship US Priority Mail and will be shipped separate from any other products ordered. Liquid Health products, BioSuperfood and BioPreparation products may be drop-shipped from our suppliers when necessary.

Shipping Charges will apply as shown in the table below, with these exceptions: 36 oz bottles of Liquid Lealth products, BioPreparation and BioSuperfood products have no added shipping charges when placing an order at this site: These items do not count toward your total purchase amount with regard to the calculation of shipping for the remaining balance of the order.

We do not automatically charge or provide insurance on your package. If you'd like insurance please contact us for an adjustment on your shipping charge. If a package has been confirmed as delivered/received by the post office confirmation receipt and you do not receive it, or if your order has been lost in transit, we are not responsible for a replacement. All communications with the postal services regarding loss of shipment is the customers responsibility.

Incorrect addresses - Non-Deliverable - Refused Shipments
Make certain that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. Pets4Homeopathy Inc. will not be held responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses you provide. If a customer makes an address error, the customer is responsible for paying additional delivery charges before we will re-send the package. If we make an error, then we will absorb the additional fees for re-shipping. If an order is returned to us due to an address error on your part and you choose to cancel the order, you will be refunded on only the cost of products, not on shipping, and minus a 15% restocking, packing and handling fee.

While Pets4Homeopathy does not have a store or representative in the UK, you can place orders in the UK for homeopathic remedies from Animal Holistic Health (AHH). Please note that by placing an order with this Homeopathic provider, Pets4Homeopathy is in no way responsible for your order, and any questions you may have will need to be directed to ahh-uk@leas.freeserve.co.uk  AHH does require a small donation in advance of working with you for the purchase of their remedies. We've provided this information here to make it easier for you to find a UK supplier for whom we have the highest respect.
